1,000 Handcrafted Flowers for 1,000 Mothers – Our Heartfelt Mother’s Day Celebration

Sunlink Hong Kong was honored to celebrate Mother’s Day last weekend by extending appreciation and goodwill across our communities. In collaboration with the social enterprise, 3H Handicraft, we prepared 1,000 meticulously handcrafted flowers. These exquisite creations were produced by underprivileged women who have been empowered through 3H Handicraft’s skill development and training initiatives, exemplifying the impact of social enterprise in fostering community upliftment.

The flowers were distributed throughout the neighborhoods surrounding our three shopping centres across Hong Kong. Notably, at Sun Tin Wai Shopping Centre, we also presented flowers to residents of elderly homes, bringing warmth and recognition to senior members of the community.

We also partnered with Wycombe Abbey School Hong Kong and Invictus School Hong Kong to provide flowers for their students, enabling them to honor their mothers on this special occasion. Additionally, we collaborated with Caritas Community Centre – Aberdeen and New Life Church of Christ Hong Kong to distribute flowers to parents and children, thereby promoting a spirit of community and care.
