Our Sun Tin Wai Shopping Centre recently received recognition under the Hong Kong Jockey Club “Age-Friendly City Partnership” programme.
The property is home to two elderly centres, and accommodating the needs of senior users, from circulation and accessibility to daily operations, has always been part of how the building is planned and managed.
As a first-time recipient of this recognition, we take it less as a badge and more as a reminder that age-friendly design and management are not defined by major gestures, but by consistent attention to everyday details.
These considerations remain an ongoing part of how Sunlink Hong Kong approaches its role as an asset operator.
